It is reported that the Qingdao Jiaozhou Marriott Hotel will open for trial operation in October. The hotel project is invested and constructed by Qingdao Ruixing Sida Tourism Development Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 750 million yuan and a planned construction area of 52000 square meters. The main construction includes one hotel and one apartment, with the 19th floor of the hotel including three podiums and the 12th floor of the apartment. The hotel has 273 guest rooms and suites, and 410 parking spaces. This hotel is the second Marriott brand hotel managed by Marriott International Group in Shandong Province and the first Marriott brand hotel in Qingdao. After operation, it is expected that the annual revenue will reach 150 million yuan, achieving profits and taxes of 10 million yuan, receiving 600000 guests annually, and driving employment of 300 people.
